• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a wheel loader operator
• Valid wheel loader certificate, compliant with local regulations
• Fluent in English (speaking and understanding)
• Able to work independently, reliable, and have a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues
• Flexible, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors, even in dusty conditions
• Good physical condition
