Talent Acquisition Specialist - Brussels

Our client is a leading global media and advertising group, part of a well-established international network headquartered in London. With a strong presence across Belgium and the Benelux region, the organisation delivers media planning, buying, digital, data, and programmatic solutions to major global and local advertisers.

The Belgian entity employs around 300 people and operates within a broader Benelux structure while maintaining local autonomy. The organisation is currently undergoing a transformation, integrating more closely at regional level while investing in talent, processes, and innovation.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
• Build and execute sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
• Optimise recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Analyse recruitment data and provide actionable insights
• Coach and challenge stakeholders on hiring decisions
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
• Participate in transversal HR and transformation projects

Essential:

• 5-7 years' experience in corporate recruitment or equivalent
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in media, marketing, or agency environments
• Exposure to high-volume or fast-growth recruitment contexts
• Interest in AI and new recruitment technologies
