  • You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
  • You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
  • You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the DHL network, carriers, and customers;
  • You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
  • You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure;
  • Experience in logistics (preferably in ocean freight)
  • You have strong documentation knowledge;
  • You have good computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.;
  • You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
  • You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
  • You work accurately and organized and are a team player;
  • You are stress-resistant and can work under time pressure;
  • You communicate easily with colleagues and customers
