Our partner, aninnovative and growing technology company, is looking for aData Analystto join its team and play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across the organization.

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multipleinternal and external sourcesto identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintaindashboards, reports, and data visualizationsto support business and operational decisions.
• Translate business requirements into meaningfuldata analyses, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Work with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and providedata-driven recommendations.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and investigate data discrepancies to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical processes.
• Contribute to the optimization of data processes, reporting automation, and the continuous improvement of the company'sdata-driven culture.

• 2 to 8 years of experience as aData Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency inSQLand experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience withPower BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and data visualization principles.
• Experience withPythonfor data analysis is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes is an advantage.
• Analytical and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for understanding data.
• Able to translate complex data intoclear and actionable insightsfor both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Dutch
