Customer Service Specialist

Our client is an internationally renowned industrial organization and market leader in innovative technical solutions for customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join an international and innovative organization. In this role, you will combine customer focus, analytical skills, and digital tools to ensure a smooth and proactive customer experience. Your main focus will be on managing customer orders, following up on quotations, and building long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor the order portfolio.
• Anticipate potential issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and contribute to optimal conversion rates.
• Analyze customer data through dashboards and digital tools to determine priorities.
• Deliver personalized and high-quality customer service tailored to different customer segments.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Actively contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Work with KPIs and data to continuously optimize service performance.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Initial experience in customer service, sales support, customer experience, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with digital tools and MS Office.
• Customer-oriented, structured, and solution-driven.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and think alongside customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working in an environment where change, innovation, and continuous improvement are key priorities.
