Account Manager - Retail - Hunting and Farming

Our client is a leading data-driven services company supporting major brands and retailers across the Belgian market.

As an Account Manager your responsibilities are:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main day-to-day contact.
• Build clear account plans that reflect client needs and commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and increase account value.
• Prepare and present proposals that match client requirements and agreed objectives.
• Coordinate with internal sales colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of agreed actions.
• Track account activity and maintain accurate client information and commercial records.
• Follow up on client feedback and resolve account-related questions in a timely way.
• Report on account progress, opportunities and key client updates to the sales department.

A successful Account Manager should have:

• min. 2 to 5 years of working experience
• Experience managing client accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify account opportunities.
• Experience preparing client proposals and discussing commercial solutions.
• Ability to organise account plans, priorities and follow-up actions clearly.
• Confidence working with sales colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain accurate client and commercial information.
