Supply Chain Officer

To realize future growth, we are looking into extending our team with a Supply Chain Officer to support the service functions

Description

What does your job responsibilities include?

• Manage suppliers : orders, payments, price negotiation
• Manage stock, replenishments
• Manage declarations and ensure compliance with regulations related to our activities
• Manage ERP (Odoo)
• Order entry and follow up of orders with all related documents (shipping, customs, export…)
• Provide sales related support for other departments within the company (internal) and for Memolub's extensive distributor network (external).

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in French or Dutch. Good level of English. Other language appreciated
• Previous experience in a similar role in export, preferably in the industry.
• Be interested in technology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in IT tools. (Internal IT tools)
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines..
