Our client is an international firm that provides legal services across different sectors. They are currently looking for a senior accountant that can work autonomously to support the finance manager.
JobomschrijvingIn this role you will be handling the A-Z accounting tasks, including the following:
- General accounting tasks
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Review and control of the balance sheet
- Preparation and filing of the annual accounts (NBB)
- Submission of periodic VAT returns
- Preparation of corporate income tax
- Point of contact for audit matters
- Monthly financial reporting
- Process optimization and automation
We are looking for someone that matches the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years experience in general accounting
- Strong knowledge of BE GAAP
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, good command in English
- Excellent command of Excel
- Analytical mindset
- Team player with good communication skills
