Account Manager - Real Estate

As an Account Manager - Real Estate, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients within the real estate sector.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market engagement.
• Advising clients on tailored real estate solutions aligned with their business and investment objectives.
• Leading commercial discussions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

The successful Account Manager - Real Estate should have:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
• A proactive commercial mindset with a passion for developing business opportunities.
• Fluency in French and Dutch; English is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
