Customer Service Officer

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Officer :

Customers :* Handle requests and claims from customers by phone and by email;* Contracts & files : check input, rebates & additional services contracts;* Follow-up marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager;* Order of new customer cards and toll box;* Follow-up portfolio of customers;* Help train the customers to use autonomously extranet, customer portal etc.

General administration :* Mails (post) and the e-mails on the general mailbox;* Sales support for the sales representatives : invoice, edit credit notes, etc;* Reporting activities;* Back-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer).

Network :* Administrative help to Technical Manager;* Manual acceptance authorization;* Follow up of fraud cases in stations;* Resolve and help customers on issues related to cards and tolls.

The ideal profile of a Customer Service Officer :* You have a perfect command of Dutch, both spoken and written. You also have a very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an asset.* You have initial experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or file management.* You have a good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) and are familiar with CRM systems.* You are an organised person, you are willing to take initiative and you have good customer relations skills.* You can easily switch between different tasks and have strong communication skills.
