Sparagus - AI Engineer / Data Scientist

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist in full remote to develop and enhance an intelligent matching engine that connects job seekers' profiles with relevant job opportunities and training programmes. The solution will be integrated into the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and progressively replace existing matching tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve AI-powered matching, scoring and recommendation algorithms using Python.
• Build data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results.
• Support production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
