As a Customer Service Officer (French-Dutch-English, Night Shifts), you are the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. You’ll work within a small, supportive team to ensure that stranded vehicles or trucks get back on the road quickly. You’ll communicate by phone and email with customers, partners, and technical service providers. Your dedication and attention to detail help resolve a wide range of customer questions and issues, contributing to seamless service delivery.

On a typical day, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails, gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness, and provide technical support where possible. You’ll keep customers and stakeholders updated, monitor agreements, and ensure all contract-related matters are handled within agreed deadlines. You’ll work night shifts from Thursday to Saturday (8:00 am to 8:00 pm), which allows for variety in your schedule and challenges your multitasking skills.

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; any additional language is a plus
• Degree in higher secondary education, associate degree, or (professional/academic) bachelor
• Strong communication skills over phone and email
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Accurate, resilient under stress, and able to multitask
• Technical knowledge (automotive, tires, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• Customer- and results-oriented
• No specific experience necessary; motivation and eagerness to learn are essential
