F&B ManagerJob DescriptionAs the F&B Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you are entrusted with overseeing all F&B outlets. Alongside your team, you'll delight our guests with our locally sourced organic breakfast or the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds," featuring captivating beats at our bar. Ideally, you possess the following attributes:- Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, ideally within F&B- Passion for hospitality and team leadership- Strong commitment to quality and service excellence- Awareness of trends in gastronomy, events, and design- Proactive nature and eagerness to develop and implement innovative concepts (e.g., F&B offerings or events)- Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office- A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in both German and English communication- A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
