This is a *Belgium, Namur* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within the Public Sector working on *Managing multiple projects from start to finish.*

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team on a specific initiative: coordinating and aligning business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The challenge

Manage multiple projects from start to finish — from preliminary analysis to go-live — by coordinating business and IT teams using an agile approach. This role combines project management, close collaboration with teams, and hands-on involvement in key phases.

What we're looking for

• 7-9 years of experience in project management
• Solid knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT (certification is a strong plus)
• Drive and ownership: you'll be responsible for identifying and resolving issues within the client's organisation - we value candidates who bring initiative and independent judgment over passive agreement.
• Fluency in French is required

• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - Advanced (7-9 years)
• ITSM & ITIL methodology - Advanced (7-9 years)
• Incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) - Advanced (7-9 years)
• Explaining technical aspects in plain terms - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Crisis communication & reporting up to executive level - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Mastery of project management tools - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Resource management - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Change management - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• "Build to Run" transition - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Vendor & SLA management - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Negotiation skills - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Oversight of complex applications in a production environment - Intermediate (4-6 years)
• Experience within a public administration or public-sector organisation (preferably Walloon) - Beginner (1-3 years)
