Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment

As the business enters its next growth phase, the company is looking for a Commercial Director to strengthen commercial performance, accelerate customer acquisition and build a more structured and scalable sales organization.

The Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities :Commercial Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute the commercial strategy.
• Identify priority markets and growth opportunities.
• Build a structured outbound acquisition approach.
• Establish sales processes, governance and performance management routines.
• Drive commercial excellence and customer acquisition initiatives.

Sales Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Implement clear KPIs and performance management frameworks.
• Conduct field coaching and accompany team members on customer visits.

Business Development

• Identify and develop new key accounts.
• Personally manage and negotiate with selected high-value customers.

• Proven experience leading commercial teams in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in French and Dutch.
• Strong background in business development and customer acquisition.
• Experience building sales structures, processes and commercial plans.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
