HR-consultant – HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition (M/V/X)

Depending on the assignment, you support managers as an HR Business Partner or conduct recruitment from start to finish.

You adapt quickly to the culture and procedures of every client, including the selection procedures of the public sector.

Your main tasks

• Support managers in all HR domains : organization, performance, development, and individual employment relations.
• Managing HR processes : evaluations, training plans, mobility, talent management.
• Contributing to HR transformation projects : new HRIS, reorganization, compensation policy.
• Managers advise on the application of social law and internal rules.
• Conducting recruitment from start to finish , from needs analysis to onboarding.
• Sourcing and approaching candidates : LinkedIn, job sites, direct approach.
• Conduct interviews and selection tests, also in accordance with public sector procedures.
• Building candidate pools for the client's recurring needs.

• Bachelor of master in human resources, psychologie, sociaal recht of gelijkwaardig.
• Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner, of 3 jaar in rekrutering of talent acquisition.
• Goede kennis van het Belgisch sociaal recht.
• Ervaring in de publieke sector is een troef.
• Nederlands en/of Frans: uitstekende beheersingl; een goede kennis van de andere landstaal is sterk gewenst; Engels: goede kennis.
