Veeva Vault crm profiel

As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their commercial processes, translate their needs into effective CRM solutions, and help implement, configure and optimize their Veeva environment.

You will combine hands-on Veeva expertise with a strong consulting mindset. You are comfortable engaging directly with customers, asking the right questions, challenging requirements constructively, and advising them on the most appropriate solution rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.

Depending on the project, you may take ownership of your own workstream or work alongside other Carealize consultants, customer teams and implementation partners. You will play a key role in functional decision-making and drive topics from requirements through testing and go-live.

What you will do

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions, translating business needs into practical solution designs and configuration decisions.
• Understand customer business processes and translate them into practical Veeva CRM solutions.
• Advise customers on configuration options, best practices and implementation approaches.
• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM and related solutions.
• Support migrations from Veeva CRM on Salesforce to Veeva Vault CRM, including data migration, testing, validation, deployment and go-live
• Assess existing CRM configurations and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support data migration, testing, validation and deployment activities.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, supporting customers throughout testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define functional integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on connected systems.
• Prepare clear functional, configuration and user documentation.
• Support customers throughout testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants and implementation partners.
• Share knowledge and contribute to Carealize methodologies, standards and reusable best practices.
• Keep up to date with developments across the Veeva ecosystem and Vault CRM.
