Freelance Talent acquisition / HRBP

Our client is an internationally recognised luxury fashion brand with an established presence across the BeNeLux. As the organisation continues to evolve its HR processes and systems, it is looking for an experienced freelance HR Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen its local HR team in Brussels.

As a Freelance Talent Acquisition professional your responsibilities are:

• Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates ;
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates ;
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers ;
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent ;
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation ;
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress ;
• Support on ad-hoc projects of changing social secretary & ERP systems ;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process ;
• Support the onboarding process for new hires ;

A successful Freelance Talent Acquisition professional should have:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the Retail industry ;
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools - Workday & SDworkx is a big plus ;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively ;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills ;
• Proficiency in English & French, Dutch being an asset ;
