Consultant HR manager

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing a new HR Shared Service Centre. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, manage transitions, and ensure an efficient and compliant HR service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR Shared Service operating model, including services, governance, and team structure.
• Standardize HR processes across countries and support the implementation of HR technology and self-service tools.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and local legal requirements.
• Lead the migration of HR processes into the Shared Service Centre, including documentation, training, and go-live activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
• Drive change management, communication, and training initiatives to support successful adoption.
• Establish performance metrics, SLA monitoring, and continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality.

We are looking for an experienced HR transformation professional who can lead the design and implementation of a new HR Shared Service Centre in an international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 6-10 years of experience in HR consulting, HR Shared Services, HR outsourcing (HRO/BPO), or HR transformation projects.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing HR Shared Service Centres.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, international HR transformation or shared services projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
