Reception & Office support - STUDENT JOB

Are you a student looking for a full-time assignment in Brussels for 3 weeks and eager to gain experience in an international office environment? Then this opportunity could be perfect for you!

• Location: Brussels
• Period: October 26th until November 13th
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4:30 PM on Fridays with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Full-time | 39.5 hours/week

Your responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact at reception and support the Office Manager with various operational tasks.

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate contacts
• Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, letters, and deliveries
• Coordinate taxi bookings for employees and visitors
• Manage meeting room bookings and calendars
• Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings, including snacks and beverages
• Organize catering and lunches when required

Who are we looking for?

• Proactive and independent, you don't wait for work to come to you
• Good command of English (working language)
• Strong organizational skills
