Looking for an international environment? Do you possess strong B2B communication skills? Then this technical support role within the medical device sector is looking for you! Here in Machelen, you will be handling incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for:
- Following strict internal guidelines to ensure a high level of reporting quality for medical matters.
- Processing and updating projects in SAP.
- Monitoring POs and shipments.
- Escalating more complex problems to the specific departments, which could be regarding accounting or more technical issues. It depends on the problem!
- Logging and archiving of reports and contracts.
- Backup for other administrative tasks.
- You communicate fluently in English AND Italian or Spanish.
- In possession of a university degree and a Belgian working permit
- Experience within larger company structures is a plus.
