Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid changing, clean environment with very strict procedures? Do you want to contribute to the production of innovative, life-saving cell therapies? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

After extensive training in aseptic working and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), you’ll join our Operations Team and support the production of the Carvykti treatment in a highly controlled cleanroom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the daily aseptic and manual production process, following strict procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare workstations, equipment, tools and materials for production.
• Clean and disinfect materials and equipment to maintain a sterile environment.
• Inspect equipment and ensure the correct transfer of materials between production zones.
• Work closely with operators and team leads to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality therapies to patients.

Good to Know
You’ll work in a sterile environment wearing protective clothing. This role follows a shift schedule including weekends, but no night shifts. Full training is provided.

• You live near Gent/Zwijnaarde or have reliable transportation such as bike or Car.
• Fluent in English, you thrive in teamwork and are eager to learn new skills.
• You are accountable and motivated to make a difference in patient's lives.
• Your attention to detail is unmatched.
• Bonus points for familiarity with GMP standards, aseptic techniques, sterilization methods, and MS Office.
