• Experience as a technical operator, process operator, or technician
• Knowledge of machine construction and operation
• Communicative level of English or German
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work outdoors when needed
• Flexibility for overtime, including Saturdays
