Operations Specialist

As a Global Operations Specialist, you will ensure the efficient administration of leasing contracts throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities include;

• Processing orders and purchases
• Managing leasing schedules and invoices
• Maintaining customer and supplier data
• Coordinating deliveries and returns
• Handling documentation
• Providing operational support to customers while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch, French, and English and possesses strong administrative and organizational skills. You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, are comfortable working with complex systems, and bring experience from an international environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.
