Legal Counsel - International clients - Flemish Brabant

Our client is a highly respected Belgian boutique advisory firm founded by two former lawyers from leading international law firms. The organization supports high-profile prestigious clients and their families throughout every stage of their personal and professional journey.

Combining legal expertise, wealth structuring coordination, contract advisory, estate planning support, tax coordination, and day-to-day administrative assistance, the firm delivers a unique and highly personalized service to a portfolio of more than 100 clients across Belgium and internationally.

As a Legal Counsel your responsibilities are:

• Advise and assist clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Review, draft, and coordinate contractual documentation.
• Support matters relating to estate planning, wealth structuring, insurance, and family law.
• Coordinate real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and notarial processes.
• Liaise with external advisors including notaries, tax experts, accountants, and legal counsel.
• Provide practical support regarding social security, invoicing, and administrative matters.
• Organize and structure client files while ensuring excellent follow-up.
• Monitor deadlines, legal documentation, and ongoing projects.
• Deliver pragmatic and solutions-oriented legal guidance.
• Communicate legal concepts in a simple and accessible manner.

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

• Belgian Master's degree in Law
• Legal professional as from 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and legal reasoning.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Proactive and hands-on personality.
• Mature enough to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Comfortable working in an environment where responsibility comes early.
