Private Banker - Wealth Management - Flemish Brabant

To support its continued growth, the organization is looking to strengthen its Private Banking teams within its Advisory Centres.

As a Private Banker your responsibilities are:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of affluent clients.
• Deliver personalized investment advice and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify and attract new clients through proactive business development.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and propose suitable investment strategies.
• Promote the firm's products, services, and investment philosophy.
• Monitor financial markets and industry developments.
• Ensure high-quality client follow-up and administrative accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve growth objectives and business targets.

A successful Private Banker should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in investment advisory, private banking, or wealth management.
• Fluent in French OR Dutch
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent relationship management and commercial skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
• Client-focused approach with a genuine interest in wealth management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and enhance business outcomes.
