Project Finance in Charleroi - Industry sector

Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in a highly innovative and industrial environment. As the organisation continues to expand across multiple European countries, it is strengthening its Finance team with the creation of a new Project Finance position.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's international growth and finance transformation projects. It is a creation of function to allow the Head of Finance to evolve towards another more high level role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and contributing to the Group's consolidation activities across multiple international entities;
• Reviewing, validating, and ensuring the reliability of financial data submitted by local entities;
• Supporting the preparation and coordination of external audits and acting as a key contact for auditors;
• Working closely with external partners and advisors on consolidation and financial reporting matters;
• Participating in the creation and integration of new entities as the Group expands internationally;
• Managing cross-functional finance projects and supporting process improvement initiatives;
• Contributing to the development and optimisation of consolidation and reporting tools;
• Supporting various strategic and ad hoc projects within a rapidly evolving finance environment;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• As from 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, consolidation, or financial reporting;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements;
• Previous exposure to consolidation processes is a strong asset;
• Comfortable working across multiple topics and managing projects in a fast-changing environment;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Fluent in French and English;
