Legal Secretary (M/F/X)

Our client is a renowned international law firm with offices in Brussels.

• Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Assisting with client onboarding and administrative file management.
• Supporting billing, expense processing, and timesheet administration.
• Organising travel arrangements and other logistical requirements.
• Drafting, formatting, editing, and finalising legal and business documents.
• Maintaining structured filing and document management systems.
• Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling calls and correspondence professionally.
• Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrangements.
• Liaising with internal support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Providing general administrative support.

• You have a minimum five years of experience in a Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
• You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, with a good command of French and/or Dutch.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• You have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• You are known for being professional and discreet.
