Customer Service English–Polish–German

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant for an innovative transport company in Schelle (Antwerp) who can communicate fluently in English, Polish and German.

You’ll be a key link within the logistics department. Working with various partners and sites, you’ll ensure that return shipments are collected smoothly, efficiently and on time. No two days are the same: you’ll plan, coordinate, follow up and step in when things don’t go to plan.

Your mission?

To ensure that every collection runs as smoothly as possible. You’ll maintain an overview, liaise with the relevant parties and spot potential issues before they become real problems.

In practical terms, this means that you:

• Plan and organise collections by creating weekly schedules and maintaining contact with the relevant partners and locations.

• Actively track which locations have not yet been contacted and ensure that no collection slips through the net.

• Monitor performance and help devise solutions when a collection does not go to plan.

• Keep customer details up to date, from telephone numbers and email addresses to opening hours and other practical information.

• Continuously look for smart ways to increase the success rate of collections.

• • You’re multilingual. You communicate fluently in English, Polish and German and feel at ease in an international working environment.
• Transport and logistics appeal to you. Experience is a bonus, but not essential. Your motivation, eagerness to learn and interest in the sector are just as important.
• You’re curious and keen to learn. You pick up new information quickly and have an interest in transport and logistics.
• You like structure. You work in an organised manner and ensure your records are kept clearly, transparently and efficiently.
• You take the initiative. You don’t always wait for someone to tell you what needs doing, but contribute your own ideas and aren’t afraid to take action.
• You’re confident and self-assured. Even when things don’t go to plan, you stay calm, focus on solutions and aren’t afraid to make decisions.
• You’re a real team player. You enjoy working with others, help colleagues where needed and bring a positive vibe to the team with your energy.
• You have your own transport and can get to Schelle with ease.
