As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job brief to candidate selection.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Source and attract candidates using various channels and tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

• A background or interest in human resources or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
• Fluency in French OR Dutch.
