Customer Service and Project Coordinator

• Coordinate projects in collaboration with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams.
• Act as a key point of contact between internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage quotation and order-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor material availability and proactively expedite orders when required.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Ensure excellent customer service by adhering to established processes and best practices.
• Support customers by analysing requests, questions and operational challenges.
• Assist in customer care improvement initiatives and training-related projects.
• Contribute to operational projects and provide support to management when needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, project coordination or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Customer-focused with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to occasionally travel.
