Together with a close-knit, multicultural team, you ensure that vehicles—from passenger cars to trucks—are quickly back on the road. You communicate with customers, garages, and all relevant partners to coordinate efficient solutions. Your day starts by answering incoming calls and emails. You register cases, gather all necessary information, and make sure everything is accurate and complete. You switch quickly between tasks: providing technical support, following up on arrangements with workshops, and keeping customers updated on progress. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (any additional language is a bonus) You have at least a high school diploma Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) You are customer-oriented, communicative, and stress-resistant You have problem-solving skills and can multitask Technical knowledge (e.g., automotive, tires) is a plus You are available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM–9 PM) and either Friday or Monday (9 AM–5:30 PM)
