You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.The Role

• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Head-hunt, interview and advise IT professionals
• Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
• Negotiate with clients and candidates
• Own your targets, pipeline and results
• Become an expert in your market

Who are we looking for?Experienced Recruiters who want more commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression.Sales Professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, business development or account management who want to build a career in recruitment.In both cases, you are:

• Ambitious, competitive and commercially driven
• Comfortable with targets and prospecting
• A strong communicator and negotiator
• Fluent in French OR Dutch + English
• Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree
