Key Account Manager | FMCG Non-Food | Relocation to Paris

Our client is a leading international player in the Non-Food FMCG sector, recognized for its portfolio of strong consumer brands and its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. Present across multiple European markets, the company partners with major retailers and continuously invests in developing its brands, people, and commercial capabilities.

The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Lead annual commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, trade terms, and joint business plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement account strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive category expansion, product launches, and promotional activations with retail partners.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to recommend corrective actions and growth initiatives.
• Prepare forecasts, business reviews, and account performance analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure excellence in customer management while maximizing brand visibility and market share.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role within FMCG
• Proven experience negotiating with Belgian retail chains.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Fluent in French & Dutch. English is a strong asset.
• Willingness to relocate to Paris.
