Warehouse worker | FR/ENG | Wavre | Forklift

We are looking for a warehouse worker for a company in Wavre specializing in acoustic and vibration isolation solutions for buildings and industrial equipment. You hold a valid forklift truck certificate.

Your tasks:

• You perform and coordinate all inbound logistics activities, including receiving, inspection, registration, and storage of goods.

• You apply incoming goods control procedures and manage delivery discrepancies with internal stakeholders.

• You prepare, pick, pack, label, and dispatch customer and internal orders accurately and on time.

• You supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate team priorities to ensure efficient workflows.

You guide, support, and motivate the shipping and receiving clerks through hands-on leadership.

• You enforce warehouse procedures and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• You maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and effective stock control.

• You monitor, analyse, and communicate warehouse performance and KPIs.

• You identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service levels.

You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.
You have several years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics coordination, including team coordination. You are highly organized, reliable, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality results.
You hold a valid forklift license and have experience operating warehouse handling equipment.
You are familiar with ERP and warehouse management systems.
You communicate effectively and collaborate well with internal stakeholders across different departments.
You lead by example and have the ability to guide, support, and motivate team members.
