Financial Markets Data Analyst - Brussels - EU Organisation

Based in Brussels, our client's offices are easily accessible and offer a collaborative environment supporting market transparency, efficiency and resilience. You will join a highly collaborative and multicultural team operating at the heart of the European financial ecosystem.

• Monitor and analyse large volumes of financial market and benchmark data
• Perform data quality controls and continuously improve validation processes
• Support the daily calculation, production and publication of financial indicators
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of data analysis methodologies
• Participate in the design and development of new analytical products
• Lead or support operational and strategic projects within the organisation

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in financial markets, data analytics, or a comparable analytical role
• Excellent command of English
• Strong experience working with large datasets, advanced Excel and analytical tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R, as well as data visualisation tools such as Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
