Sales Executive Benelux - Watches Industry

Our client is a distinguished leader in the fine watch and luxury industry, renowned for craftsmanship and timeless excellence.
They are now looking for a driven Sales Executive Benelux, capable of elevating their commercial network and fostering long-term relationships.

The Sales Executive Benelux will have the following responsibilities :

• Manage and develop relationships with the brand distribution network across the Benelux region.
• Conduct regular visits to points of sale to ensure operational excellence, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong partnerships with retailers and act as the main point of contact for the brands.
• Maintain and actively manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and customer data management.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards to guarantee optimal brand image, visibility, and in-store presentation.
• Organize and deliver commercial training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.
• Stay up to date with new product launches, brand developments, and watch market trends to effectively support and coach retail partners.

• First relevant experience in Retail or a Field Sales experience is expected
• Strong affinity for the watches industry
• Presentation and communication skills
• Client-driven, sense of service, attention to details
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
