Customer Service Officer English-German-Dutch – Day Shift

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be part of a multicultural, multilingual support platform. Every day, our team ensures that our customers’ vehicles and trucks are back on the road as quickly as possible. You’ll work in a close-knit team with the support of a team leader and helpful colleagues. You’ll meet new people with unique backgrounds and stories, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new things daily.

Your key responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls and emails, responding to customer queries and liaising with third parties. You’ll gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness, provide technical support, and communicate with service workshops. Keeping customers and all stakeholders informed is essential, as is monitoring and managing agreements with all parties. You’ll also follow up on all contract-related matters within set deadlines. The core working schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays during busy periods. Shifts are rotated between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

An average day will see you juggling multiple customer queries, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring accurate and timely communication, and resolving any issues that may come up. You’ll need to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and customer service.

• Professional bachelor’s degree or higher secondary education
• Excellent spoken English, good German and Dutch language skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability
• Customer-oriented, results-driven, accurate, and able to multitask under pressure
• Technical knowledge (automotive, tires, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• No specific work experience required; open to juniors and starters
• Able to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
