Freelance Administrative Process Manager

The company is a large industrial organization operating a high-volume production site with demanding safety standards and large-scale operations.

• Bring structure and consistency to administrative and invoicing processes.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and invoiced within the required timelines.
• Support, coach and manage operational teams to improve administrative discipline and compliance.
• Eliminate historical backlogs and resolve outstanding administrative files.
• Implement sustainable procedures and optimize ways of working to improve efficiency and future-proof operations.

• Experience in an industrial or technical environment (technical expertise is not required).
• Strong background in administrative process management and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change and improve adherence to procedures.
• Hands-on, resilient and capable of following issues through to completion.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is considered an asset.
