Business Analyst (FR & DU) - Insurance - Brussels

Our client, a well-established player in the insurance sector, is looking to strengthen its Business Analysis team by hiring a Business Analyst who combines strong business understanding with solid technical expertise.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams in a multi-ERP environment.

• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project managers
• Contribute to API integrations and system interface discussions
• Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Work across different ERP systems depending on project needs

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business processes (experience in insurance is a plus)
• Good technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data flows, system architecture concepts)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• SAP knowledge is a strong asset, but not mandatory (experience with other ERPs is highly valued)
• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
