Your Mission

• Lead and manage a 12-person IT team supporting various business units.
• Guarantee uninterrupted IT operations.
• Establish IT governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the company's IT strategic direction.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and improvement initiatives.
• Manage overall IT budget and associated risks.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and monitor IT investments.
• Oversee IT contracts and vendor performance.
• Convert business needs into IT projects or tenders.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, J-SOX) and report to IT leadership.

Your Profile

• Advanced IT degree with strong industry experience, preferably in biotech.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development.
• Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft environments, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with SAP and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for technological advancements.
