HR Assistant - Recruiter at the U.S. Embassy in Belgium H/F/X

The jobholder manages and administers recruitment for the Tri-Mission's American Family Member Employment Program. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for administering local staff recruitment for all Facilities Management, Warehouse, and Chauffeur positions, and coordinates and manages the Local Internship Program. Works directly with a variety of individuals and offices (Human Resource Officers, Community Liaison Office, hiring managers, Post Employment Committee members, Universities, etc.) to ensure positions are filled in accordance with established recruitment regulations, policies, guidelines.

EDUCATION: 2 years of college or university studies.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years of HR/recruitment experience

LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch or French combined with good working knowledge of the other language.
