Become a Multilingual Customer Service Officer (French-Dutch-English, Night Shifts) in a Multicultur

As a Customer Service Officer, you play a crucial role in a multicultural and multilingual helpdesk. You are the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. You handle incoming calls and emails and ensure that every customer receives fast and professional assistance. You also communicate with repair shops and technical partners to coordinate interventions and keep customers fully informed.

Your workday starts with a short team meeting, after which you and your colleagues are ready for incoming calls. You accurately collect information, check data for completeness, and enter everything into the system. You juggle multiple tasks: contacting emergency services, following up on contractual agreements, and updating files. You work independently but can always rely on the support of your team lead and coworkers.

• You speak and write fluent French, Dutch, and English (any additional language is a plus)
• You have at least a degree in higher secondary education or equivalent by experience
• You are proficient with computers (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are communicative, customer-oriented, and solution-driven
• You can multitask and work accurately, even under stress
• Technical knowledge of automotive is a plus, not a must
• No experience required – motivation and willingness to learn are most important
