Weekend Multilingual Customer Service Officer (Dutch-French-English) – Automotive Support

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in getting customers’ vehicles and trucks back on the road as quickly as possible. You’ll be supported by a friendly team lead and helpful colleagues who are always ready to share their knowledge and experience.

On a typical day, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with service providers. You’ll gather precise information, ensure all data is accurate, and offer technical support where needed. Communication is crucial: you’ll keep the customer and all involved parties updated as you monitor agreements and follow up on contract-related issues, making sure everything happens within the agreed deadlines. Your shifts will be on Saturday and Sunday (8:00 AM - 9:00 PM) and either Friday or Monday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

• Proficient spoken and written Dutch, French, and English (any additional language is a plus)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Effective and clear phone communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Technical knowledge of automotive or tires is a plus
• No specific experience required
• Education: Higher secondary degree, associate degree, professional or academic bachelor’s degree
