As a Customer Service Officer Pools-Nederlands-Engels, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients experiencing vehicle breakdowns. You’ll handle calls and emails, collect accurate information, and provide technical support. Thanks to your efforts, vehicles get back on the road quickly and customers are always kept well informed.

A typical day involves answering calls, following up on contract agreements, communicating with workshops, and accurately recording all data. You’ll work closely with a team of colleagues and interact daily with people from different countries and backgrounds. Flexibility is important as you’ll be working in rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday (occasionally on Saturdays during busy periods).

• Excellent verbal skills in Polish, Dutch, and English (any additional language is a plus)
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer orientation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask accurately and work well under pressure
• Technical knowledge (automotive, tires, etc.) is a plus, but not required
• At least a diploma in higher secondary education, associate, professional, or academic bachelor's degree
• Experience is not required, but any relevant experience in customer service or administration is an asset
