As a Customer Service Officer (German-Polish-English), you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical or administrative questions. You'll assist them via phone and email, collect accurate information, and ensure smooth and clear follow-up. You’ll be a part of a small, close team where collegiality and personal growth are key.

A typical day involves answering incoming calls, processing emails, and switching between different communication channels. You’ll gather information, check data completeness, and coordinate with workshops and other partners to provide solutions. You closely monitor agreements and contractual obligations, ensuring everyone stays informed on time. You’ll work in rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday (and occasionally on Saturdays during busy periods).

• You are fluent in German, Polish, and English. Any additional language is a plus.
• You have at least a secondary education diploma or equivalent through experience.
• You are communicative and customer-oriented.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• You work accurately, handle stress well, and excel at multitasking.
• You have problem-solving skills and can empathize with the customer.
• Technical knowledge (e.g., automotive, tires, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
• You are willing to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (and occasionally on Saturdays).
