As a Customer Service Officer Polish-Dutch-English, you are the first point of contact for customers from all over Europe. You handle phone calls and emails professionally, quickly switching between Polish, Dutch, and English. You gather information, ensure proper follow-up, and provide technical support in case of breakdowns or logistical questions. Thanks to your efforts, vehicles get back on the road quickly and you help customers when they need it most.

A typical workday is varied: you answer calls, juggle multiple cases, communicate with garages, and keep customers and partners informed of the latest updates. You work in a small, close-knit team where everyone supports each other. During busier periods, you may work on Saturdays. Your shifts are flexible, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• You are fluent in Polish, Dutch, and English (other languages are a plus)
• You are comfortable working with computers and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You communicate clearly and efficiently by phone and email
• You are customer-focused, stress-resistant, and work accurately
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy variety in your work
• Experience in a similar position or technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
• You have at least a higher secondary education (associate or bachelor’s degree)
• You are willing to work in shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays)
