Foreman – Spacer Production (ZZ) – 2 Shifts

As Foreman of the Spacer Production ZZ department, you are responsible for coordinating and supervising the production process. You provide operational leadership to a team of approximately 5 operators and ensure that production runs smoothly and according to quality standards and production targets.

You monitor the production schedule and progress and ensure the efficient use of employees, machines and materials. You perform quality checks, monitor process parameters and take corrective action when necessary.

You are also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You collect and analyse production data such as output, quality and productivity and report this information clearly to the Production Manager.

From a technical perspective, you carry out minor repairs, identify when components need preventive replacement and independently perform complex machine changeovers
