• Book flight reservations
• Book rail travel
• Manage hotel reservations using the internal booking system
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal service
• Respond promptly to urgent requests and handle unexpected situations efficiently

• You already have an experience as a travel agent and you must have an experience already with the Amadeus platform otherwise your application won't be taken into account
• English is the most important language
• You ideally have a bachelor in Tourism
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work independently and accurately
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible, efficient, and a strong team player
