Multilingual Customer Advisor – DE/EN/(NL or FR) in Liège

On a typical day, you’ll handle inbound customer calls, respond to emails, and support clients via chat. You’ll address questions, resolve issues, and provide clear solutions, always following internal procedures and quality standards. Your day will be dynamic, working in rotating shifts and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Successful completion of an English language assessment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluency in one or more of the following language combinations: Dutch + English, German + English, German + English + French, or German + English + Dutch
• Trilingual candidates are highly valued

• Upper secondary education completed
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (potential for homeworking)
